Diane Keyes
...her current work
As a cultural anthropologist and transformative learning researcher from Canada/Germany, my work is driven by the questions: who are we, how do we want to live together, and what is the world we want to create? It has been incredibly touching and inspiring to move these questions within my work as a program designer and facilitator for intercultural youth leadership and adult learning programs focused on social and ecological justice over the past 7 years. I am passionate about creating spaces where people can show up more fully, be more of who they are, learn to meet and stand in the fire of uncertainty and discomfort for radical inclusion, and come together through deeper conversations that enable personal and systems level transformation.
...relationship to Co-Creating Health with Students / to the think-tank symposium
As a masters student in Ethics and Organization, I am part of the student research team from the University of Witten/Herdecke conducting research on transformative learning and the potential of co-creation in medical education at the CIC. My part focuses on relationships as sites of transformative learning, specifically looking at relationships between preceptors and students.

I enjoy practicing micro-phenomenology with plants, watching tree canopies, practicing embodiment coaching, and can often be found in cafes with a flat white or at an afro-beats dance class!
